Connectivity check |
| The first connectivity check has to be done by the service technician in cooperation with the regional RSP data administrator (or respectively the Configuration/Staging Center or Partner data administrator). |
Procedure |
| 1. | The service technician calls the data administrator to do the remote connection check and tells him the device name configured. |
| 2. | The data administrator connects to enterprise server for connectivity check. Service technician is ready. |
