Recording Station Status 
 
HiPath 3000 records the current status of each individual station in a table. You can use HiPath 3000/5000 Manager E to view the station status, in which case the following information is provided.

 •   Inactive: The telephone is idle.
 •   Busy: The telephone is off the hook, but not yet dialed.
 •   Waiting: The telephone call is in the queue.
 •   Connected: The telephone is connected to a second telephone with a trunk or a hunt group member.
 •   Holding: The telephone is on hold.
 •   Error: The connection cannot be established due to an error (for example, invalid telephone number).
 •   Call: The telephone is called.

The number of the connected station or trunk  
Forwarding status  
 •   Off: No call forwarding activated.
 •   Internal: Call forwarding activated only for internal calls.
 •   External: Call forwarding activated only for external calls.
 •   All: Call forwarding activated for all calls.
